β O3. If you decide to resell an item that you originally claimed from me, I will still ship the item to you even if your buyer is also a buyer of mine, I wonβt redirect shipping to them to avoid confusion and delays during the sorting process.
β O4. I have the right to cancel your claim if you are rude or disrespectful. Please be courteous and responsible throughout the transaction.
β O5. Once I confirmed your claim it is considered final and non-refundable.Mine responsibly.
β O6. I do my best to verify and purchase official merchandise but please note that buying from me means accepting all risks involved, especially for items internationally.
β O7. I will only ship your items to the address you originally provided. Shipping of your items to other address is not available.
β O8. Some sellers from Korea or China do not provide detailed condition of the item. I cannot guarantee a mint condition of the items and will not be responsible for any unnoticed flaws or damages.
β O9. If you are sensitive to marks, dents or scratches, I highly recommend that do not claim. I cannot control what is not disclosed by the original seller.
β 1O. Items that are sold below the usual market price have some scratches or dents. Please manage your expectations when claiming cheaper photocards.
β 11. Item fees is always per pc.
β 12. Most items coming from Korea or is SFETA meaning they usually take around 3 to 4 weeks after the seller ships them out. This can vary based on shipping conditions and customs.
β 13. Items are not onhand may take several weeks to a full month to arrive. If you're not willing to wait I suggest only buying items that are already onhand.
β 14. Combined shipping from different boxes are possible to save on local shipping fee.
β 15. Once a box is in transit, I have no control over delays caused by customs or local/international couriers. Please be understanding in such cases.
β 16. When a box arrives at my address, especially if multiple boxes arrive together, please allow me 3 to 5 days to sort and check the items properly. I will send arrival notice as soon as your item is ready.

κ° π₯ κ± β¦β PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT RULESββΛ
PAYMENT
β O1. Failure to pay on or before the given deadline will incur a late fee of β±30 per day. Please be responsible and pay on time to avoid extra charges.
β O2. Late payments are tolerated for up to 1 month only. If payment is still not settled after that period:
β’ Your order will be forfeited
β’ You will be tagged and posted as a bogus buyer.
β’ The item will be put up for claiming again, unless you pay a cancellation fee worth 70% of your total (Including all accumulated late fees).
β O3. For charges like international shipping fees and packaging fees, a form will be provided.
β O4. No submitted form = Unpaid. I will only process payments for buyers who have filled out the form.
β O5. To avoid delays for other buyers, I have the right to charge an additional β±5/day late fee on your international shipping fee if unpaid beyond 5 days from the time the form is sent.
β O6. Always send a screenshot of your payment receipt. The time on your device must be visible and must match the timestamp on the transaction/receipt. This is to protect both parties and avoid issues with fake or edited payment proofs.
SHIPMENT
β O1. A shipping fee notice will be sent a 2 days before the scheduled shipping day.
β O2. Please settle the shipping fee within the same day.
β O3. Failure to pay the local shipping fee on the date of payment (DOP) will result in your item being moved to the next pickup schedule.
β O4. No LSF (Local Shipping Fee) = No shipping.
β O5. Rush shipping is not possible.
β O6. Updates and schedule of shipment will be sent on telegeram group under βshipment updateβ topic.
β O7. I am not liable for any loss or damages caused by the courier.
β O8. If there are complaints, such as missing items or incomplete orders, a full and unedited unboxing video is required.
β O9. I am not responsible for any mishandling, including opened parcels, once they have been forwarded to the respective courier.
β 1O. Once your item has been packed, no changes can be made to your address, packaging, or combined shipping preferences.
β 11. Special requests regarding packaging or shipping will be accommodated based on availability.
κ° π₯ κ± β¦β CANCELLATION AND ITEM STORAGING ββΛ
β O1. Cancellations during / after are not allowed. Once the order is processed, it cannot be undone.
β O2. If you cancel your order, a 70% cancellation fee will be applied, covering the item price, late payment fees, and any additional charges.
β O3. Buyers who cancel orders and fail to pay any fees will be labeled and posted as a bogus buyer and will be banned from future transactions.
β O4. Items can be stored for up to 3 months, provided that there are no other items waiting. After this period, any unclaimed items will be disposed or resold.
β O5. If your item is not claimed within 3 months and no communication is made regarding the delay, I have the right to dispose or resell the item. No refunds will be issued in this case.
β O6. Any reasons are not valid for cancelling your claim. Please be sure about your purchase before claiming.
κ° π₯ κ± β¦β RETURN AND REFUNDS ββΛ
β O1. If the seller turns out to be a scammer and the item is not delivered I will issue a 100% refund for the total item price. This is not applicable to set takers, as I always purchase with trusted sellers and will ask to obtain any requested proof from the seller on behalf of the buyer.
β O2. Strictly no refunds will be provided for any payments made, including partial payments. Once confirmed, your payment is final.
β O3. Refunds are only applicable if the item is out of stock or sold out by the seller. If this happens, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item.
β O4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order is received. All sales are final unless there are issues with the item as per the seller's responsibility.
β O5. In case of any issues with your item, such as damage or incorrect items, an unboxing video is required for a refund claim.
β O6. The unboxing video must be unedited and show the full video from waybill to the condition of the item as received.

β O2. I will be collecting the payment to one person only (host).
β O3. I am not liable if the tingi host turns out to be a scammer, as long as the items have been successfully shipped to the hostβs address.

β O5. I cannot request detailed, individual condition checks for each photocard, especially for large sets.
β O6. I will ask all possible authentication or proof requested by the buyer.
β O7. You are responsible for setting your own prices for the set.
β O8. Please refrain from being impatient and sensitive to dents.
β O9. International shipping fee (ISF) is charged per photocard.

β O1. This free claim is optional. No one is required or forced to claim.
β O2. Please understand this is not mandatory. You are free to join only if you agree to the terms and have read everything.
β O3. Please do not claim if youβre sensitive or easily offended to avoid any issues.
β O4. Strictly follow βmine + codeβ when claiming.
β O5. Always follow the sellerβs screen.
β O6. If you donβt fill out the form and pay, your claim is not confirmed and you may be banned from future free claims.
β O7. Cancellation is not allowed. If you donβt fill out the form within the time given, your claim is not valid.
β O8. If no payment is made by the deadline, the item will be available for others to claim again.
β O9. You must be willing to pay for the local shipping fee (LSF) and packing fee (PF).
β 1O. Packing fee is charged per buyer, not per item.
β 11. Every 2 claimed items = 25 pesos PF.
β 12. On-hand items can be claimed multiple times (unli claim), but extra packaging fees will apply.
β 13. You can combine shipping with other claimers, but packing fees will be different. PF for free claims is not the same as PF for YD/CN orders.
